Roe v. Wade Overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court

Hamilton County Judge Blocks Ohio Heartbeat Law
On September 27, Hamilton County Judge Christian Jenkins extended a temporary block on the Ohio Heartbeat Law, allowing abortions to continue through 20 weeks' gestation through October 12. Jenkins initially issued a
14-day stay on September 14 in response to a lawsuit filed by the ACLU of Ohio on behalf of Ohio's remaining abortion providers. On October 7, Jenkins issued a preliminary injunction that will allow abortion through 20 weeks' gestation to continue for now. Read more HERE.
